Our online Wire Transfer Forms can be downloaded by "RIGHT" clicking on the link below and selecting "Save As".
Domestic Wire Transfers or International Wire Transfers
Please print, complete, and sign the Wire Transfer form. Once finished, fax it to 305.545.6724
Please be sure that the following information was properly provided:
- The account number of the person (beneficiary) you are sending money to
- The ABA/R&T number and the address of the bank (beneficiary's financial institution)
- The type of the account ie. checking or savings of the person (beneficiary)
- The name and address of the person
- Your account number
*There is a $20 fee for all Domestic Wires and a $35 fee for all International Wire transfers. There are NO fees associated with incoming Wire Transfers.
