What are our hours of operation?
The Credit Union's hours of operation vary throughout the week. Please visit our Contact Information for a complete list of operating hours.
Is there a monthly Savings and Checking account fee?
Not only does the Credit Union offer a NO MONTHLY FEE Savings and Checking account, but there are no per check fees and dividends are paid on Savings accounts.
Is there a required minimum account balance?
A minimum balance of $5.00 is required to preserve the activity of a member's Savings account. In addition, at least one deposit per year must be made to prevent the account from becoming dormant.
Does the Credit Union place a hold on payroll checks?
The Credit Union does not withhold payroll checks issued by approved companies. If, however, a Credit Union member receives a payroll check issued from a non-approved company, a hold will be placed. The Credit Union also facilitates payroll checks by offering Direct Deposit. There is no cost for Direct Deposit service.
Can payroll checks be deposited directly into a Credit Union account?
Yes, the Credit Union offers a Direct Deposit system. Please complete our Direct Deposit Form and fax or mail the completed form. Please note that if you are faxing or mailing the completed form it must be notarized.
My employer did not inform me about the Credit Union and its services. Am I still eligible for membership?
All employees, staff, management, and family members affiliated with an approved company are eligible to join. Visit our Selected Employee Groups (SEG's) for a complete list of eligibility.
Is member eligibility lost if one relocates or changes employer?
Absolutely not. Once a member, always a member. In addition, the Credit Union offers an extensive branching of service centers that allow members to conduct routine transactions at nearby credit unions. Please visit our Service Centers to learn more about Shared Facilities center nearest you.
Are family members eligible to join?
Yes, immediate family members are eligible for membership and all of the benefits we offer.
Can one verify MasterCard balances or report a lost or stolen MasterCard?
MasterCard balances are available 24 hours a day and can be accessed toll free at 877.221.6612. The same number should be used to report a lost or stolen MasterCard. Online MasterCard account information is also available through Online Banking by choosing the MasterCard tab and enrolling your credit card account.
Is account information available after hours?

Online Banking is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This service allows members to manage their money and access account information from any computer with internet access. Online Banking offers additional free services including unlimited bill pay, E-statements, E-Alerts and Secure Remote Check Deposit. Access Online Banking

Also, the Credit Union's "Member Audio Response System" (MARS) provides member account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This service can be accessed by dialing 305.325.1380 or 888.348.MARS (6277) outside Miami-Dade County. More information and complete usage instructions are available here.

Where can members use their Debit card?
The Credit Union's Debit card can be used at any ATM location that processes through the following networks: Publix, Cirrus, Plus, Accel/Exchange, Maestro and Credit Union 24. Use the online ATM Locator to find an ATM center nearest you.
When can new members apply for loans?
New members can apply for a loan instantly, there is no waiting period. Click here for our online loan application.
Can members, new or existing, apply for a loan online?
Yes, members can apply for a loan and order checks online.
Does the Credit Union offer wire transfer services?
Yes. A required form must be filled and submitted to our Member Services Department. You can download our Wire Transfer Form and Wire In Instructions to obtain more information.
