Member Procedures
Procedures when visiting our branches
Thank you for being a member of South Florida Federal Credit Union!
Please keep these procedures in mind when visiting our branches.
- When conducting a transaction, please bring your current driver's license or government identification with a photo. Previous driver's licenses may be in our system, making it difficult for employees to identify members. This is critical for your protection and will be enforced.
- When approaching the teller station, please have your transaction form signed and filled out in its entirety.
- For the privacy of our members' accounts, balances of history will not be provided at the teller window. Please utilize MARS or Online Banking to obtain history information.
- According to Shared Branching rules and regulations, all Shared Branching members must have a valid driver's license in order to conduct a withdrawal.
For your safety and protection, we ask all members and Shared Branching members to follow these procedures at each visit to our branches. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to serving you!
